How to Return

Email us at admin@dll-home.online with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return and confirm everything's in good shape, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective?

This one's on us. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund—your choice.

Just send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to admin@dll-home.online and we'll handle it immediately.

Exchange Instead?

• Assembled furniture that's been used
