Your 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if your piece is the perfect fit. Not working with your space? No lengthy explanations needed. Just let us know.

We only ask that items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Think of it as trying on that statement jacket before you commit.

The Return Process

Simple. Straightforward. No runaround.

Step 1: Reach Out

Email us at returns@dllhome.com with your order number and which item(s) you're returning. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Step 2: Pack It Up

Use the original packaging if possible. Secure everything properly—we want your piece to make it back safely.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Drop it off at any carrier location. Track the return using your shipping number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll get a confirmation email once it's processed.

Want to exchange instead? Just place a new order for the piece you want and return the original. This ensures you get your new item faster—no waiting around.

Important Details

  • Free returns on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a $15 return shipping fee applies.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale. These pieces are made specifically for you.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged or defective items? Contact us immediately. We'll make it right—either replacement or full refund, your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece is inspected before it leaves our hands. But if something arrives damaged or defective, we own that.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—including original shipping costs.

International Orders

International customers have the same 30-day return window. However, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund duties or import taxes.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items.
